Bring your appetite and your credit card to this restaurant where Prime-aged beef such as rib-eye steak and Oscar style tenderloin medallions with peppercorn bacon Gorgonzola sauce are good choices. There always are seafood offerings on the menu (the pan-roasted sea bass is a house specialty). There are also a few unusual dishes, such as a Wagyu steak and a couple of bison steaks. Side dishes, such as lobster mac and cheese or Parmesan truffle fries, are served in large portions and cost extra. The well-trained staff also can prepare some dishes, including Châteaubriand, at your table. The dining room is spacious, has upscale appointments and a sedate atmosphere.The wine list is quite extensive with some 75 wines available by the glass. A jazz pianist plays on Friday and Saturday evenings.
