Pros: We changed plans and added an extra day and they made sure we could stay in the same room
Cons: They were doing construction and it smelled like glue all the time we were there. It wasn't really worth close to $200.00 per night.

Cons: The bathroom door was awful. I got stuck in the bathroom but luckily my daughter was in the room and able to let me out.

Pros: thereally appears to be major upgrades occurring in the building bringing it to modern standards. Staff was good in resolving a major issue but it took lots if extra effort on my wife's behalf.
Cons: On the second night at aproximate lyrics 1:00 Am. someone entered the room only to be stopped by the chain and safety lock. This person had a key and ran of when my wife woke in a panic. she was alone and unclothed. This is a major problem. When she called about this scared she initially was told sorry we gave your key to another guest please join us for breakfast. That is completely unacceptable. They said they were switching out the key and would gave the building staff to slide it under the door. The building security then comes knocking on the door trying to get her to open the door to give her the key prompting her to call again because the key was supposed to be placed under the door. when she went down to the lobby shaken and sommewhat distraught. The excuse was someone with the same last name came to check in and they gave him her key. If she is a solo guest and he is checking in he must be using a credit card to complete the transaction therefore showing his entire name and causing cancellation of my wife's information, this never happened. I also find this story very unlikely as staff can pull up room availability on sight, I am sure they are able to see a new versus an existing reservation. after calling the corporate offices they decided to comp two nights (she had to stay one more night to complete the buisiness). I know from past expe r ience there has been SD ome issue in sny c b ages to reservations I want to one maje sure we are not double billed for this and also that this be further addressed. The fact that a man (according to Marriott) was able to enter my wife's room as she slept unclothed, alone, defenseless is extremely troubling to me. Then to be passively offered breakfast as if this was a minor problem shows a lack of accountability, and concern for customer safety and satisfaction. The fact this was only dealt with when a corporate person was contacted further exemplifies my sentiment.
