Pros: We have stayed many times as my grandson was in Nationwide Childrens for almost 3 months. My son lives in Dublin and this is convenient. It is always clean, staff is friendly and breakfast is great.

Pros: Updated and comfortable, this extended stay property was clean and quiet. Kitchenette was handy with refrigerator, stove top , microwave and dishwasher. Nice loveseat and TV with good selection. Bed comfy . My room was shower and no bath. Good AC.
Cons: Was a dog barking in one of the rooms but did not hear it when I got into mine. Being an extended stay with kitchen, sometimes cooking smells from other rooms can be noticed. Wish I had a bathtub but know some rooms had one.

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised by the updated room and cleanliness of the hotel! We couldn't upgrade our bed because of the Masters Tournament they we're at full capacity...but we were happy to find a pull out couch in our room for my daughter to sleep on.
Cons: The only thing we felt could be improved was the options at breakfast. I guess based on breakfast at other hotels, we expected there to be more, such as things like hard boiled eggs or yogurt. I didn't think oatmeal packets and oranges made breakfast.

Pros: The location was fantastic. Very convenient to shops and restaurants.
Cons: The staff is extremely rude. When it was brought to their attention that there were mechanical problems with items in my room such as the TV not working, they told me to come back after shift change and I would have to pay a room change fee.

Pros: Location
Cons: We stay here often because we love the location. But this is the 3rd time we've had bad service. This time we were put in a room already occupied and went to walk in with all our luggage and was ready to settle down to have to go get another room.
