Pros: The best part of this hotel was its outdoor space, it was truly great to have basketball courts and the pool and green space to run around or have my kids run around. I also thought it was a nice touch to have a beverage station in the lobby with fresh ice water, juice, coffee and my kids loved the hot chocolate so that was a really fun and nice feature. The lobby and the facilities were really nice. They really had kids in mind when doing outdoor space. The free breakfast was a nice perk with a waffle station that was super easy to use and quick. The housekeeping staff was so nice and did a great job cleaning the rooms. I even left my wallet in the first room they put us in and they returned to me, with everything accounted for!! I like having the full kitchen, this really allowed us to have more freedom in our food choices, the housekeeping even ran a load of my dishes from in the sink so when I got back they were clean, so nice!!
Cons: The cleanliness was good, but the room was run down and the finishes were not there. The shower/tub was clogged and they did come and fix right away so that was nice. But the first room they put us in wreaked of smoke.. I think they need to do some more with the air quality as my son who is prone to colds from bad air quality has caught a cold from the hotel. That was the major issue for me and also the blankets were a bit dirty. But the room they originally put us in had not even been cleaned! Overall I just think more attention to the details in the room rather than just the lobby space.

Pros: This property was a sponsor for the event we went for. The suite was very nice. Even though it was a little more pricy I look forward to next year.
mature couple
Cons: This is the second time I stay at this suits and for the second time I stayed first for two days and then I extended my stay for one day and again I went to the front desk to extend my stay for the fourth days but I was surprised when the lady at the front desk ask me to talk to the manager and then the manger came to me and told me that they would increase the rate unfairly. instead of giving me rewards for staying for four days they tried to unwelcome me by raising the rate. I would never come again to them!!! I am not happy at all for the management and services!!!

Pros: I love the suite. We had a newborn and the additional benefits the suite came with were perfect.
Cons: The maintenance of the facility was poor. Heard multiple people complaining at check about their rooms. Another couple had similar issues as us, their faucet leaked the entire time. I called the office twice to try to get an early check in because we had to have a secure place to change and feed our child. Both times they said they were at full capacity and could do nothing for me. The correct response is to explain they are full to take my name and number and make sure to have a room set aside when one is available. At the very least lie to me. They made no effort. The lack of care from the staff shows in the hotel. From the maintenance to the front desk it seemed like people were just trying to get through their work day and in the hospitality business that is a major issue. They were quick to comp rooms for people that had problems as I am sure this happens all the time.
