This restaurant's octagonal dining room featuring windows with terrific views of Lake Erie and the resort grounds. The varied menu includes popular fare, such as creatively topped flatbread pizzas, sandwiches, seafood and more. Entrées include filet mignon, pasta with spinach in roasted red pepper sauce, beer-battered fish and chips, and roasted salmon. The dining terrace is open during the warmer months. Students from nearby Kent State University sometimes intern at Horizons while pursuing their hospitality degrees.
