Isaac Ludwig Mill and The Canal Experience is .2 mi. e. on SR 65, then n. on SR 578. The restored 19th-century mill is on the banks of the Maumee River. Visitors can see demonstrations of frontier crafts and a flour mill, saw mill and electric generator powered by water from the Old Miami and Erie Canal. Living-history characters are stationed throughout the mill to answer visitors' questions. Narrated 45-minute mule-drawn canal boat rides are available. Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
