Middle Eastern traditions and flavorings inspire the menu, which lines up chicken, beef and lamb dishes along the lines of chicken mishwi, stuffed kibbeh shells, shish kebab, assorted pita "pitzas" and a Mediterranean marinated and char-grilled lamb plate.
