Pros: I really liked the pillows. Cameron who checked us in was very helpful, he was able to tell us exactly where to go for wedding and reception we were attending.

Pros: The hotel was clean and neat, overall the staff was friendly and efficient. We liked the showerhead, the bed was firm and comfortable, the heat/air unit was quiet and efficient. And, the new 49 inch TV that was installed the day we arrived was a treat that was not expected.
Cons: The check-in process was frustrating for couple reasons. For an upscale hotel to have only one station and one person able to process check-in seemed odd and inconvenient. When I arrived there were 2 ladies checking in that were together, one staff member was helping them and another walked up just a few moments after I arrived. Neither of them spoke to me till the ladies were done checking in and stepped outside and even then they both answered a phone call and processed that prior to even addressing me to find out why I was standing there. When they finally asked and found out I needed to check in they both said that they assumed I was with the ladies. I could see how the employee who walked up after I arrived would not have known but I believe that the other clerk should have known either way it is my opinion that it would have been a polite thing to have asked and or at least acknowledged me to be sure.The arm of the side chair (not office) had fraying on the right arm. The carpet fray loose and slightly frayed at the bathroom door.

Pros:
Cons: The bed was too tall. had a difficult time getting up on. It was very comfortable though. NO Vending machines!
