Pros: Beds were comfortable and breakfast had a great selection which tasted great.
Cons: We didn't require room service during our stay but did need a few extra towels. When we approached a housekeeper to request additional towels, she was rude and stated"she wasn't our housekeeper and not responsible for our room." All we were asking for was towels. It was a bit off putting.

Pros: The beds were super comfy location great and staff went extra mile
Cons: When we arrived at 945 the outside lights had not been turned on-we were told it was automatic and for some reason needed to be manually put on-think SOP check that lights went on every night - it was very scary and we couldn't find first hotel then the entrance-didn't feel safe and almost left
