This hotel is an older Residence Inn with a campus-style layout. Some guest rooms have a fireplace. One drawback of this property is that guests have to climb stairs, sometimes in rain or snow. The guest rooms are really spacious and fully justify the chain's name. The kitchens have stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The courtyard, with its grill and fire pit, is an attractive place on a summer evening. Monday through Wednesday there is a manager's reception with appetizers, soft drinks, beer and wine.
Smoke free premises. 144 units, some two bedrooms, efficiencies and kitchens. 2 stories (no elevator), exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
Cons: room smelled musty and like an animal had been in the room (pee). We spent a weekend night and the breakfast room was far understaffed and everything was empty. even left and went back and it was still that way. The pool looked poorly maintained. a pool light was floating but still connected to wires.

Pros: Plenty of room. You can even cook if you like. Large refrigerator. The Breakfast room was good. I would stay here again.

Pros: The place was very quiet, couldn't hear the neighbors, felt like we were in a little apartment. Loved the two bathrooms, and upstairs bedroom. Was very roomy inside. Three tv's was a great idea in the room. It was a great idea for two families traveling together.
Cons: Parking was difficult. No wifi, it crashed all weekend. No menu for what was on tv channels, like a tv guide. Would have loved to seen bacon during breakfast. No milk for cereal. Would have liked better seating, in the room.

Pros: The room was clean and looked great
Cons: When I booked the room by using Booking.com they never mention that there is a required deposit of $40.00 at the time of check in and I wasn't prepared for that because I only expecting to pay $161.00 only and not $190.00. Also the clerk never mention it to me that it was required and was trying to swipe my card for 190.00, but it would not go through, then it was mention to me there's a 40 insurance deposit, in which I never heard of a hotel doing this or it was required. In addition, the clerk was very pushy for me to go to ATM or transfer the money from another account. If a third party is going to be used for booking, then all information should be provided at the time of booking and the hotel should inform a guest before checking in.
