Pros: Room was very clean, staff great. Brought my grandkids over to swim. The pool was fantastic and water so warm. They had a wonderful time in the very large indoor pool.
Cons: Shower in pool dressing room was not hot enough. Otherwise very large pool& large clean shower/dressing rooms.

Pros:
Cons: I couldn't get my charging plugs out of the outlets. I plugged them into the outlets on the desk lamp and the outlets came out of the lamp. I also tried to eat breakfast in the restaurant at 9:30 am. No one was in the room to greet or seat me. In fact, I waited almost 10 minutes and no one ever came even though I said "Hello" several times. All in all, not a good stay for me.
