Cons: No mention that rooms were being heater serviced for insect infestation upon booking or arrival. WiFi did not work in our room (308), some TV stations had no sound, no air conditioning in hallways and main lodge and food quality along with time waiting was horrible!!!!

Pros: We liked everything overall and enjoyed our time with our kids swimming and hanging out by the fire.
Cons: No cell service just in case of a serious situation back home.

Pros: I loved the pool, however we were told that our room was the last available by booking.com and our room clearly had not been used in forever. The restaurant food was incredible and a good value for the money.
Cons: there was a roach on our hotel room wall. Also there is no air conditioning in the lodge except for the rooms themselves so it was a bout 95 degrees everywhere but the room. we broke a sweat trying to just get a candy bar from the vending machine. Such a big place to roam but you couldn't do it cause it was too hot even inside. We paid 160.00 and were robbed. We also paid for a two bed and bunk bed family room on the booking.com website and got a standard room and were charged the same price. Once there we were two far from anywhere to leave. Also supposed to have a lounge/bar which closed at 9:00.

Pros: The view, location, privacy, quiet, late checkout at no extra cost was phenomenal. Even if we did have to wait till morning to find out if it was available.
Cons: Took forever for us to get our food. An hour and 15 mins to be exact. None of the staff knew what time the restaurant even opened for dinner. Got three different answers from three different people. Then the final answer was off by 30 mins, so we had to wait longer. Preferred to dine at the restaurant as opposed to ordering Giovannis, bc we were there to get away from the norm.
Pros: Our room was nice and spacious. It was nice to soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking and horseback riding.
Cons: The only concerns were we thought we had booked a room with balcony overlooking the woods? The food at the lodge was not the best.
Pros: Our room was really fun. We actually like that it has looked the same since the 80s. The pool was great. We were really surprised at good the food was at the restaurant. The tiki bar was definitely a plus!
Pros: The place was beautiful the location was perfect. I would consider going back after we visit BurrOaks
Cons: The rooms where very dusty and when we went down to get a late dinner, the restaurant staff were hiding in the kitchen after they seen us walk in then when we finally found someone to tell them we would like to order food to go, we heard the kitchen crew complaining we were ordering.
Pros: Liked the pools, the tiki bar the restaurant, the lounge and the view.
Cons: Tv was really hard to get on no wi fi.

Pros: Nice place. Just you and the nature... Heated indoor pool, hot tub. When I woke up in the morning it was so quiet that I was able to hear my own heartbeat.
Cons: Honestly, I expected less. What I mean- less comfort.
