Pros: Beautiful rooms. Excellent TV's. Helpful staff. Extremely clean. Recently remodeled. Good breakfast. Would stay there again the next time I visit Cleveland.

Pros: Very accommodating staff, very quiet and comfortable rooms. Rooms had everything you could ever need, pots and pans, dishwasher, all new appliances.

Pros:
Cons: Luke warm at best shower. I ask that the hot water tank be turned up. Maintenance went to the room but there was no difference. I had a ground level unit, the temps were single digits and the floor was like ice.
