Cherokee Strip Museum, 901 14th St., contains artifacts from the Cherokee Strip region. Museum displays include historic items from World War II POW camps and the Cherokee Strip Landrun as well as medical and dental equipment, Western and Native American art, farm tools, guns and military items. Period rooms include a chapel, a general store, a barbershop and portions of a 19th-century pioneer house. A one-room schoolhouse exhibits 19th-century relics. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.

Hours: Tues.-Sun. 2-5; otherwise by appointment. Closed major holidays.
