Metcalfe Museum and Art Gallery

Metcalfe Museum and Art Gallery is 2 mi. s. on SR 30, 3 mi. e. on SR 33 to N1750 Rd., then 4 mi. s., following signs. “Sagebrush Artist” Augusta Corson Metcalfe's family homestead contains many pieces of her artwork, which depict the Washita Valley's beauty and the struggles of the pioneers who settled there from the late 19th through the mid-20th century.

Also featured are two nature trails, a pioneer house with period furnishings, a saloon with advertisements from that era and buildings with displays and memorabilia.
