Pros: Conveniently located and the front-desk staff were great. The breakfast is a nice effort and is appreciated.
Cons: The coffee served is weak! It appears they're "the only game in town" (in Locust Grove, OK anyway)....that they're acutely aware of that reality and charge accordingly. The place is fine but overpriced IMHO when compared with other recent hotel stays.

Poor service.
Pros: The location was good for what I needed. It looked recently renovated and the breakfast looked good though I did not try it
Cons: I booked 3 nights and upon check was told that it shouldn't be a problem for me to leave one day early after the funeral. Called the following day because my card had been charged the full amount and was told that the correct charge for 2 days would be corrected when I checked out. Despite being told this would happen the owner refused to refund my third day. I did receive $3.77 in saving to book 3 days and offered to pay the additional $3.77 back for the two days i stayed...esstially paying what everyone else paid for those 2 days. Again the owner refused even though I had been told by management that it would be taken care of. I am still waiting for a call back from Best Western.

Convenient and clean.
Pros: Easy access from highway. A little dated but very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great convenience store walking distance that has great coffee and fresh lunch and breakfast sandwiches.
Cons: Had late night check in. Front desk staff person seemed put out to have to deal with us and generally unhappy with his job.

This is our second stay...
Pros: The staff went above and beyond to make us happy. They were even going to let us switch rooms since ours wasn't cooling off as fast as we wanted. We stayed in our room since it had cooled off after we got done swimming in the pool.
Cons: The entire hotel was hot except for our room which took forever to cool off. It was over 100 degrees outside so that's expected since it's such a big hotel. The water was also extremely warm even on the cold water side. Other than that I love this place!

Cons: The website said that the room had a kitchenette but it did not. Staying 3 nights, the reason I chose this hotel is because of the kitchenette. The swimming pool was already closed for the season even though it was ninety plus degree weather. It said nothing about when the pool would close on the website. I feel that I paid too much for the things that I did not get.

Pros: The staff was friendly.the room was very comfortable. The location was convenient,being next to the gas station as well as just off the highway.
Cons: We returned late one evening,after spending the day with family and the vending services were broken. We walked to the gas station but was a little disappointed.the room we were in was just down the hall from the hotel laundry and we saw them washing and folding the laundry because the door was always open.

Pros: The bed was nice. Microwave and refrigerator were handy. Couch bed comfy enough.
Cons: Manager Patel was awful! We were the only people at the front desk and it took him 30 minutes to check us in. He was rude and grabbed one of the female staff being pushy with her. Very inappropriate!! I would not let Patel represent my brand whatsoever!! The rest of the staff was polite. There were 2 dead spiders and 1 large alive spider in the jacuzzi tub. The fold out couch bed still had the last tenants sheets on it and the lady asked us to make the bed when she delivered clean sheets for it. The price was outrageous at 190+/ night. Patel called me at 9am of the first day we were to check in and had already tried to run my card for all 3 nights without my permissio!! We had not even checked in yet!! Never have I experienced such rude distrust or impatience from any hotel or Best Western. I will Never go back and tell my staff of 30+ to stay elsewhere even if it is a farther drive! Front desk femal employees were courteous and professional, and Patel should take some training from his employees, and stop treating them like his children to push around. One lady had to remind him she was there on her day off to help him, so he should be nicer. He's a jerk!!

Pros: The night manager who was present during our first night was polite and courteous.
Cons: The day shift manager and cleaning staff do not have any customer manners. As my boyfriend and myself were getting ready to leave the room, the dayshift manager and cleaner barged right on into our room with even bothering to knock. The two ladies were cackling, obnoxious, and disrespectful. The fact that they were unapologetic upon barging into our room is unacceptable. We will never be staying in this hotel again. We have stayed there multiple times before and have never had any problems before but we will never allow ourselves to be treated with such disrespect and in the manner in which your staff chose treat its guest. We stayed February 12-13 but we never came back after the first night because of how we were treated.
