Cons: The showerhead was broken on our arrival, however we didn't become aware of it until the following morning when my husband attempted to take a shower. We informed the man at the front desk, and he offered to switch our room, or to have maintenence fix it. Since we were already on our way out, and in a time crunch, we elected to have them fix it. When we returned later that night, we asked the lady at the front desk if it had been fixed. She said she didn't know anything about what we were talking about. We gave her the information, and she asked us to check it when we got up to the room, and to call her. But, they were completely out of rooms so she couldn't switch rooms if it was still broken. We got to the room, it WAS still broken, so we called back down to the front desk, at which point she apologized profusely, and asked if my husband would like to try to fix it himself if she could find another showerhead. Facing another day of not being able to shower, my husband said, Yes he would change it out. She brought up the new showerhead, but no tools, so my husband had to go back downstairs, and find the tools, and then come back up, change the showerhead, and take the tools back down. Once the showerhead was replaced, it worked like a charm! All in all the replacement took my husband about 5 minutes, once he had all the necessary tools. (a set of pliers).
Overall, the lady was very nice and seemed sincerely apologetic, but we were left with a bit of a sour taste because of the lack of communication between the staff and the apparently inability of the maintenence personel to switch a showerhead.
No discount was offered, nothing other than an apology and a "hey, I have a showerhead if you want to try to fix it yourself"
