Pros: I didn't really care for this place
Cons: Walls are extremely thin. Common area is muggy and musty smelling. Breakfast was bland.

Pros: We were traveling with my 88 year old grandmother. The staff made fabulous accommodations for her and we're super friendly and helpful.
Cons: They did not receive my special request notes that I entered on the booking.com site.

Pros: Very nice hotel. There's a sign that greets people at check-in that has the line "No Loud Parties" as one of the requisites for a stay at their accommodations. Thirty-five years ago I may have taken issue with that but when travelling on business it's now a welcome thing. Wifi signal was good (my suite was right over the office so I would hope so), bed was comfortable, shower was strong and hot and breakfast was typical buffet fare but I had a large one and it was good. Breakfast area wasn't overly crowded at 6:45 AM and the staff were courteous and efficient with check-in and check-out.
Cons: So the middle seat of the toilet wouldn't stay up when lifted, I'm not the type of guest who would make a big issue out of something like that. If that's the worst than that happens with a stay, it's a win!

Pros: Very comfortable, clean, and fine breakfast.
Cons: Had problems with the heat/a/c unit. And be aware that there is a median in the road in front of the hotel which, after dark and in the rain, is virtually invisible--no markings, no sign, and in my estimation no reason for being there. In attempting to enter hotel parking I hit the median and blew a tire. The responding AAA mechanic told me he had responded to an identical mishap the night before -- same median -- and the driver had blown both front tires. This has nothing to do with the hotel, of course, but is a hazard that the road commission needs to correct.
