Would do it again any...
Pros: Bed was great! All very clean and larger than expected. Shuttle to/from airport was the clincher.
Cons: I did think that the offerings on tv could have been much better. Very few choices other than sports and news. There are some travelers who just want to relax with a sit-com or mystery.

Pros: The hotel staff was great, the bed was comfy enough and I loved that the room didn't feel cramped
Cons: The air conditioner in the room was on high the whole time we were there but the blower didn't seem like it was high barley making any air circulation in the room. The pool was also very murky and cloudy when went and was covered in flowers.

Cons: everything about the property was excellent except the breakfast. While it was free, the powdered eggs were not good and when I went to get some oatmeal is has the consistency of soup - wayyyyyy too watery.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff were very nice and friendly. Placed all my group closeby Breakfast is a very good selection, eggs, sausage, pancakes,yogurt,hard boiled eggs,fruit and muffins. Rooms are spacious,king suite was very nice.
Cons: Head honcho on the am we left was lecturing staff in front of guests, there was a shortage of forks for bkfst. our room didn't have a tub. :( i wanted a hot bath!

Pros: The staff were amazing. Very professional and attentive. They were by far the best part of the experience.
Cons: The hotel itself is average, with the exception of the staff. I did not like the fitness center. It is small compared to other Hyatt Places I have stayed. There is only 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical and 1 stationary bike.

Pros: The cleanness off the rooms where amazing and the front desk Christina I think her name was amazing she was actually trying to go above and beyond. True definition of going the extra mile.
Cons: Didn’t like that there wasn’t a microwave in the room and that I had to take the elevator to the lobby to use a microwave. That’s really inconvenient. “Please change”.

Pros: The bed very comfortable. We did love the glass shower door. We also loved that the room had a cute nice comfortable sofa in the room and the sofa was really clean.
Cons: The breakfast was Horrible, Horrible all the guest stated the same. They looked soft from afar but they were hard as a rock. I didn't like that there was no flavored creamer.( hazelnut, or vanilla). The sink was stopped up really bad right by the restroom, along with another guest during check out stating that his sink was stopped up as well. I told the staff during check out but they weren't interested so when I travel back to Oklahoma again in June I will stay at your competitors. We also did not like the fact that there was no microwave in the room.

Perfect for an overnight stay...
Pros: Large room, large comfortable beds, nice sitting room area, and quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet included in the price. Easy 10 minute trip from OKC airport. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Nice bar!
Cons: Only problem - the bathtub drain was very slow, and took 7-8 minutes to drain. We reported it to the front desk, and they were apologetic and promised to get it fixed.

Pros: The staff was extremely kind to our dog, especially the lady at check in on Sunday night, March 11. She was also a dog lover.
Cons: I think a $75 fee is to high to charge for traveling with a pet. Our dog is extremely well trained and does no damage to the room or the grounds. And when outside, we always clean up after our dog.
