Pros: The front desk was great at checkin. Beds were great. Room clean. We self-parked down the street in the garage--we did have to ask where to go to get covered parking--but that wasn't a problem. There was no gift shop--but I understand that is coming. Overall, I would put it up in the top 3 for OKC.
Cons: On Exec floor--would have liked to know that the breakfast and happy hour didn't extend through the weekend. That ended up a surprise. While our happy hour waiter was great (once he saw we would order appetizers and drinks)--it was hard to get someone to wait on us--and the place was not that full. Overall, restaurant was a bit slow to wait on us every time we went into it. Breakfast was good when it arrived--only one ordered from the menu--others took the buffet--which we had to ask them to replenish. The staff in this area would benefit knowing people have choices--as such, we went to other venues for dinner.
