Pros: The city was immaculate. The people and staff were the freindliest of anywhere we have traveled.
Cons: Small bathroom and lack of towels
solo traveller
Pros: Staff greeted me at my vehicle, loaded my luggage then valet my truck. Very helpful in locating business near by with easy directions.
Cons: No refrigerator in room.

Pros: We liked that it was very close to the venue. And valet was the greatest!
Cons: Where do I even start. First off we only booked a room for two people and ended up with two full size beds. Um I don't know if you have tried sleeping two grown people in a full size bed but it doesn't really work out. Secondly we had the room put on another credit card and we attempted to change all this two days prior to trip yet we were told to just wait until we arrived to change it. We changed it but still ended up getting charged on our other card. So we had paid double for the room and of course all that money was for vacation and yet we had none because y'all decided to not do your job. And then there was the bar incident. Let me just point this out to you all, if you have a college football team staying at your hotel along with people staying for Blake Shelton concert, you think that maybe just maybe you would staff a little better? There was three people working the bar and the line was moving pretty good until we got to the bar and it seemed like everyone of them were too busy to help. We repeated our order 4 times and it still wasn't right. We then had a manager come up and apologize and say "we are just really busy tonight" and leave. Oh but she did return with breakfast coupons for the morning. Now on to breakfast. You call me at 7:30 I. The morning asking when I want breakfast delivered we say 8:30 and then it shows up at around 9 am oh and it was breakfast for ONE not TWO like I ordered. Also if your going to charge $33 for some breakfast that comes straight off the buffet line you should really reconsider because it had to have been the worse breakfast I have ever had. So second night same crap at the bar but earlier in the day, I told them to charge a drink to my room and then the guy comes to my friend with a bill! Don't even get me started on how small the bathroom was! It was like being in a cruise ship. And my friend slipped in your lobby as well. Now that can be on her review.

Cons: Didn't come with the room. For the price it should have.

Pros: Upgraded to 15th floor with the Premium guests. Free breakfast and dinner included in a separate lounge with 24 hour drinks available. Concierge was most helpful with directions and ensured our taxi was going to charge us a reasonable price.
Cons: They took out an amount from our credit card for 'incidentals' which was not authorized by us and it takes some time for that amount to be reimbursed.
