Sapulpa Historical Society Museum is at 100 E. Lee Ave. Local history is featured on guided tours through the museum exhibits, which showcase Creek and Yuchi Indians, the Glen Pool Oil Field and the Frisco Railroad. Late 19th- and early 20th-century appliances depict advances in technology. A fully restored 1923 Waite Phillips filling station is located across the street from the museum. The Sapulpa Farm/Fire Department, down the street at 124 E. Lee Ave., features a 1949 fire truck, hand cart, photo exhibits and equipment. Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 2 hours minimum.
