Pros:
Cons: Your advertising says that the room would sleep 6 but it's actually 4. The room was small a real problem when there's 4 adults with 2 children

Pros: Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I had a very quiet night.
Cons: Small cosmetics - some rust along the door jamb in the bathroom. Minor really, as the place was definitely clean.

Pros:
Cons: I was charged ten dollars, I guess it was for wifi in the room. I didn't expect that. Toilet seat was loose! No free breakfast.

Pros: The staff at this hotel are exemplary, they do their best to make you feel welcome, at home, and part of the family. It's 5 star service at a 3 star facility, they corrected any issues immediately with smiles and apologies, and were extremely helpful. A+
Cons: The room I had was above the air conditioning units, lots of noise and smell, they cleaned that room extra good, but still moved me to a higher floor over the pool-A+++, The bar/restaurant staff make all items to order-excellent, The staff are all A++++
