Cons: Traded rooms at time of check in, Extreme urine smell in first room. Second room just ok.

Pros: The salt water pool
Cons: The street noise was unbelievable. You could hear every car/truck on 71st St absolutely horrible. The carpet had so many stains and was wrinkled up. The beds were so uncomfortable you had to position yourself in the middle or fall off the edge! I booked on Booking.com a king or 2 queens and got 2 full size beds-I can't believe they use full size beds anymore! I think I was penalized for using Booking.com. People and kids ran up and down the hallways, slammed doors all night long. Also there were so many people out in the parking lot ''meandering'' and ''hanging out'' all night that I had a great concern for my vehicle. No continental breakfast-really? For 85 bucks they should have had toast at least! The furniture in the lobby was well worn with holes or no upholstery thread present! I would never recommend or stay there again! It is a dive!

Pros: Lady that checked us in was friendly.
Cons: Bed was not that comfortable. We tried to order some food at the bar just after checking in, but had to wait so long we just left. (Nobody was at the bar except us). It was our anniversary and you guys didn't even give a bottle of champagne. Hyatt always does that.
