Pros:
Cons: This hotel caters to those with young kids, wanting to use the pool. The elevators are always full and a lot of loud kids running around. The rooms have very thin walls. We could hear the guy across the hall talking on the phone. Very noisy place.

Pros: The room was spacious and comfy. Most of the staff were very friendly and trying to be helpful.
Cons: So many problems. They couldn't find my reservatiion. Fortunately they gave me room anyway. Message light flashing on phone that could not be deleted. Every time I tried to get into room, problem with door lock and entry to room requiring something like 6-7 trips to the front desk in two days. Ridiculous. Strong smell of chlorine throughout hotel. Zillions of noisy kids in the pool. After waiting twenty minutes for lunch special had to leave. Room was very cold--had to turn off ac altogether. Was presented room bill at the wrong rate. Oddity of check for free breakfast. (Showed $13 charge. Waitress assured me that this was just an accounting thing, and I would not be billed.). Overpriced compared to similar quality hotels and breakfast not included. Lobby area is large and nice but there are no quiet places where people can go and talk to each other. (Entry doors were constantly opening and closing.) Anyway I think they have some major management issues. Too bad. Overall this is an almost really nice facility a little down in the heels.
