Stafford Air & Space Museum, 3000 Logan Rd. at the Stafford Airport, is a Smithsonian affiliate and tribute to Weatherford native Lt. Gen. Thomas P. Stafford's military and aeronautical career. Exhibits showcase the evolution of aviation and spaceflight.
On display is a 10-story-high Titan II rocket, an Apollo command and service module, NASA space suits (including an Apollo 10 pressure suit worn by Stafford) and a space shuttle solid rocket booster through which visitors can walk.
