AAA Editor Notes
Arnprior & District Museum, 35 Madawaska Blvd., is in the 1896 post office. Displays and artifacts illustrate the development of this lumbering settlement during the 19th century. A gallery of photographs of the town, the local First Nations and Archibald MacNab—the last laird of MacNab can be viewed. Also featured are Boer War, WWI and WWII exhibits, vintage fashion and Osborne's General Store.

Vintage quilts and textiles, from across Ontario, are displayed every November in the Quilt and Textile Show.
