Pros: Comfortable beds. Quiet. Breakfast provided even though we did not eat there.
Cons: Bathroom vanity far too high to use. No trolley at front door to transport luggage, etc to room. Unable to book in 1 hour early. We were travelling from London for a wedding at 1600 hrs and wanted to first change before the wedding. However, because check in was 1500 hrs there was no time. Check in clerk could have been more helpful.

Pros: I was actually travelling as grandparents with young grandchildren. Utomost like is cleanliness and comfort of beds. This is why I always look for Hampton Suites when we travel. Staff was helpful and attentive.
Cons: Elevator was broke. I had to change my reservation and called the desk when I couldn't get it done online. When I got there they didn't have reservation and no notice of cancellation of the previous date I had booked. Waiting for my credit card bill to make sure manager took care of me not being double billed. But the receptionist was very very helpful and kind and there was another room available so all ended well as long as the credit card statement says so.

Pros: Rooms were clean and large.
Cons: We were given the wrong room, we had booked and paid for a King Room and were told they had "none available" and they had given us a queen room instead despite us booking more than 3 weeks prior on booking.com and booking for multiple nights. Also, we had asked to have the beds made and when we had returned 4 hours later, they had not been done so. Customer service for this Hotel was terrible, the front desk lady was not Cordial nor welcoming. The management of this hotel needs work. Also, the hot tub was not functional and has been "down" for months. I expected more from a Hampton Inn.
