Woodland Cultural Centre, 184 Mohawk St., offers information about the history and traditions of the First Nations People of the Woodland area through museum displays, educational programs, seminars and special events. The culture of the Iroquois and Algonkian peoples is reflected in changing exhibits about history, science, art and contemporary issues. Facilities include the museum, a library and a language and cultural resource center.
$7; $5 (ages 4-18 and 65+).
Hours: Museum Mon.-Fri. 9-4, Sat.-Sun. 10-5 (closed Sun. Christmas-Victoria Day).
