Kingston 1000 Islands Cruises, departing from the Crawford Wharf at the foot of Brock St., offers 90-minute Discovery Cruise and 3-hour Heart of the Islands Cruise narrated tours of the Thousand Islands and Kingston Harbor aboard the Island Queen, a triple-deck paddle wheeler, and the Island Belle, a replica of a St. Lawrence River steamer. Live entertainment is featured on all 3-hour cruises. Three-hour lunch and sunset dinner cruises aboard the glass-topped dining ship Island Star also are available. Highlights of the Discovery Cruise include the historical background of the islands, Fort Henry and Kingston penitentiary. Mandalay Mansion and the Admiralty group of islands are a few of the sights on the Heart of the Islands Cruise tour.

Three-hour Heart of the Islands cruises on the Island Queen depart daily. at 12:30, mid-June through second Mon. in Oct. Three-hour sunset cruises depart Fri. at 6:30, Sat. and Sun. at 5:30, July-Aug. Ninety-minute harbor cruises aboard the Island Belle depart daily at 11, 1 and 3, early May-second Mon. in Oct. Boarding for sightseeing cruises is 30 minutes prior to departure. Allow 1 hour, 30 minutes minimum.
