Pros: The location is great but there are other hotels and if they aren't sold out go there. The pool and hot tub were nice.
Cons: The hotel rooms and balconies could use a good cleaning. Especially the vents and balcony, they don't need to be constantly cleaned but at least once or twice a year would make a huge difference. A lot of dust and webs! The toilet in our room, was constantly getting stuck and was super loud. An easy fix to replace the toilet for one that doesn't get stuck after every flush. We had a junior suite and it was super tight, larger people would have a problem manoeuvring in the area. We could not keep the stroller in the room. For the cost it was not worth the money. We went on a very busy weekend so their was very little available, and this was the only option in downtown. We decided to spend the money figuring we would get a really nice suite. We were very disappointed! The main bed was a double not even a queen, it wasn't even that comfortable. The hotel is ripping people off because we've been in much better quality hotels for half the price ($315per day without tax is what we paid). Also it was advertised that our room had a view, there was not much of a view at all.
