Pros:
Cons: Room was much too hot - controls in room did nothing to lower heat. There were hairs stuck to the shower walls.

Pros: Although the hotel and room furniture is older and fairly basic, it is very clean and beds very comfortable. Front desk personnel, Maurice, was extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: Sofa in suites could use an update. Not terribly comfortable.

Pros: breakfast option was great the breakfast supervisor was good too.
Cons: we had a terrible nights sleep, the pillows were awful and the bed too small and uncomfortable for adults. we left the hotel with a neck strain and were terribly tired due to lack of a good nights sleep. I mentioned our dissatisfaction to the clerk during check out as the manger was away. definitely not a quality experience and we would not return to a quality inn again. the room was also too far from reception and we had a family member with an illness. we had to leave our large luggage ( 2 gs) behind the counter overnight. in the morning the one clerk, polite one allowed us to take the bage to the car however the other man ( don't know who he was) was rude and asked us not to come behind the counter . Why? in the night it was okay to come behind the counter to leave our bags but not okay in the morning to pick up the bags? the clerks at check in and check out were polite and good.
