O'Hara Mill Homestead and Conservation Area is n.w. on Mill Rd., following signs from either Hwy. 62 or Hwy. 7. The site contains a number of restored structures dating from the 19th century, including an 1850 farmhouse, a sawmill, carriage house, blacksmith shop, carpenter's shop and a log schoolhouse. The O'Hara Mill depicts the domestic and agricultural life of the O'Hara family from the mid-1800s to the mid-1900s.

Hours: Conservation area open daily dawn-dusk, May-Oct. Buildings open Tues.-Sun. 11-4, July-Aug.; Sat.-Sun. 11-4, May-June and Sept. 1-second Mon. in Oct.
