AAA Editor Notes

Massey Area Museum, center of town at 150 Sauble St. (Hwy. 17), specializes in local history. Models, tools and photographs from the logging era are displayed. Other exhibits include a general store, schoolroom, chapel, farm equipment, a 1910 fire department water pumper, pioneer domestic items, minerals, rocks and native crafts and artwork. Genealogical information also is available. Special events are held throughout the year.
$5; $4 (senior citizens and students with ID); free (ages 0-4); $10 (family).
Hours: Mon.-Fri. 9-6, Sat.-Sun. 10-4, July 1-Labour Day; Mon.-Fri. 11-4, first Mon. in Apr.-June 30 and day after Labour Day-Nov. 30. Closed July 1 and Labour Day.
