Pros: Staff at check in were great. One of the assigned rooms was not ready when we arrived at our floor, my guests were switched to an available room immediately... not sure who the gentleman was who was with the cleaning staff but immediately he responded to our need, put my guests into an adjacent room and took care of all the details including fetching the key for the newly assigned room... very impressive response.
Breakfast ranks amongst the best I've seen in many travels... and what about those friendly breakfast staff...looking after our every need and picking up after us as we were finishing...AWSOME.
Cons: Not a good selection of local restaurants within walking distance. Although Swiss Chalet was recommended and good as expected.

The front desk man 'Sydney' was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The front desk man on Sunday noon when checking out was rude and refused to give us a receipt. He tried to tell us that it wasn't their policy to give receipts! Really!?! I called Hilton to confirm this and they said that we should have been given a receipt.
Also, they put us in an adjoining room and the people on the other side partied until after 3am with yelling and banging and loud music. It was ridiculous!

Cons: I assumed I reserved a room with sofa bed but when I arrived one staff told me no sofa bed I told him the price are the same on booking.com and I showed him but was not helpful I told him I have a kids when they are gonna sleep he told me call booking.com he made feel guilty because I reserved through booking.com so it didn't work out to get room with sofa bed
At night when I came back to the hotel there were another gentleman I told him I asked for extra blankets and pillows he said nothing were written on his system I showed him on my phone so he agreed to get me blankets and pillows but me and my wife carried them to our room instead of of sending that with a worker or he himself add to the above both gentleman they don't know how to smile nor they know how to deal with their guests

Cons: When we checked in we told the desk person we wanted to pay cash. He said when you check out. We found out the next day her charged the credit card and the wrong amount. Tben we were charged an addition 50.00 for incidentals to be returned but not made aware of this. It was a hassle. Then I book through 3rd party sites all the time and thr hotel always provides me with a receipt. We were told we couldn't have one because we went through booking.com. I have never had this happen before. Not very happy with no receipt when they have my credit card number & I just gave them 150.00 cash. I don't think I will go back because of this reason.

Pros: Hotel right off the QEW. Little plaza nearby that had Sushi. Room was cozy. Clean and walls seemed soundproof.
Cons: The hotel must be just generally warm as we kept the temp in our room at 68. I could not get my wife to keep our house temperature at 68 as she would like it to be warmer. Not sure how to reconcile. Not really even a complaint.

Pros: Room was average, clean. Why not have Tv channels on an easy to review card. Bkfst was good. Put spoons out where coffee/tea located. Trying to wring a wet tea bag on a stick is difficult. Kitchen staff pleasant.
Cons: Found over 4 day staff front desk staff surly and unfriendly. Did not get a daily up to date newspaper Friday, Saturday or Sunday and there are daily papers in Toronto, Star. No bottled water in room, needed to ask front desk with unfriendly staff.
