Rooms are very good but...
Pros: Room is clean and the ambiance is great. Very comfortable bed.
Cons: I think you should check on your staff on how they communicate with guests. They seem to be very not approachable/ accommodating or they just dont want you to ask questions. Maybe theyre just too tiredand i suggest they quit working in a hotel esp front desk bec their attitude isn't appropriate for the job. They should work in the backroom so they dont need to talk to guests. We really want to drop their full names here (check in n checkout staff ) but we dont want to humiliate anyone, we dont want these staff to feel how bad we felt on hw they treated us. Thank you but we wont book this Sandman ever again.

Friendly staff and gorgeous rooms
Pros: Amazing rooms, we upgraded to executive king jacuzzi suite the second night as our flight was cancelled
