Very Good
solo traveller
Cons: The breakfast room staff refused to let me take my breakfast to my room. They seated me where they wanted to. I had to sit with unfriendly people I did not know, or accept taking only coffee or juice to my room. Later I was given another table.
young couple
Pros: A very comfortable motel which is less than 100 metres from the Falls. Rooms are adequate for a brief stay, not noisy, in close proximity to restaurants & the casino.
Cons: Breakfast room was quite small but the food available was more than adequate.

Pros: I really liked the balcony.
Cons: I made a wake up call at the front desk and no one called in the morning
family with young children
Pros: The hotel is within walking distance of the falls (NOT within sight) and several places to eat (don't go to "My Cousin Vinnie's" they refused to serve my 90 year old mother! We left and went to Applebees). Beds were very comfortable. The people were friendly!!! The room was clean with plenty of fresh towels and hot water. Grateful for the coffee pot in the room!
Cons: Breakfast ended too early. On vacation nobody wants to get up at 6am to eat! I cannot comment on the breakfast as we never got to try it. got our room reservation messed up. We were supposed to have a room "fall-side" with a balcony and 2 beds. I and my daughter on two separate occasions called to confirm that our reservation was correct and was assured it was as we had asked for. Upon arrival we were shown to a room with 1 (one) bed! We had 3 family members, myself, my daughter and my 90 year old mother. We ended up being given a room on the far side of the hotel with NO elevator access! My 90 year old mother had to walk up those steep stairs! Nothing in the room worked except the coffee pot! The hair dryer didn't work (it threw sparks when turned on) The A/C fan was LOUD (broken) and the window couldn't even be opened. The shower curtain needed a liner, it let water leak on the floor which I slipped in on the slick tile and almost fell. Nothing in the tub to prevent slipping either so my mother just washed up at the sink rather than take a risk. The phone didn't work. I couldn't even use it to reach the front desk, I had to make trip after trip up and down the stairs trying to get the phone fixed. Music from "My Cousin Vinnie's" across the street was so loud it kept us up. It was supposed to be the off season but we ended up paying more. Not a good deal for the money spent.
