Pros: Location, view, and staff.
Cons: Bathroom was too small. Breakfast room was too small for number of people trying to use it. Breakfast ended at 9:00 which is too early. One elevator for entire building.

Exorbitant parking fee, hotel's abject inability to service full occupancy -- no towels in the pool area, outside pool fouled by unattended ugly, disgusting scum, breakfast room a nightmare scene of overcrowding and congestion -- make it clear that management is content to exploit location and traveler confidence in the Comfort Inn brand. End result is to do serious damage to the very brand they're cynically exploiting.
Pros: Proximity to other Clifton Hill attractions.
Cons: Breakfast room was an abomination. Management strongly encouraged to dispense with meal service altogether. Mechanicals in the room -- A/C and plumbing fixtures -- were cheap and poorly maintained.
