Cons: Room was not that clean. The Jacuzzi tub was dirty, the coffee pot still had old grounds in it. It was also outdated. The sauna was very smelly and dirty! Ruined any intentions I had of using the pool and hot tub. Charged for parking. No internet in room

Pros: The Staff!!! It was chaotically busy made worse by badly behaving guests. The valet parking, check-in, bellhop and house keeping staff were amazingly polite, professional and far more patient then some of those other guests deserved.
Cons: Other guests who were yelling at & had unrealistically demands of the staff. The staff remained very professional, polite & actively resolved issues. GUESTS-don't treat hotel staff badly, you never know who is watching & how that will affect your future.

I will definitely stay here again! It was lovely and convenient, a class hotel!
Pros: The entire staff was kind and gracious. From the car valet "little Mike", who was warm and genuine, to the receptionist who very kindly upgraded our room to a Falls view, to a porter who was genuinely curious about us, it was a wonderful experience!
Cons: I recommend purchasing attraction tickets directly, rather than at hotel, to save $$.
