My family and I have...
Pros: The decor was very modern, and the beds extremely comfortable - real feather pillows. All the staff were extremely personable. The rooms were very quiet as well. The view from the floor windows was spectacular.
Cons: A slightly larger pool would accommodate my morning swim a little better.

Fabulous
Pros: The staff at the check-in desk were not that friendly or helpful, but everyone else was lovely!
Cons: Staff at the check-in desk that seemed slightly irritated by very reasonable questions and were not warm or friendly or helpful in spite of us being very nice and open toward them.

My stay was great! The...
Pros: The hotel had a wonderful view of the falls. I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage with the front desk. The staff was friendly but can be overseen by the illegal practice of lying to clients regarding TF fees. The hotel was clean and comfortable. There is a WEGO stop in front of the hotel which can take you to Table Rock on the falls and there is a store inside of the hotel that sells passes to take this bus if you have not purchased an adventure pass already. The pool is nice for children to play in (up to 4 ft).
Cons: There is a destination amenity fee: It charges the "complimentary water bottles, wifi and other tourist things. I was charged a TF fee which came to find out later it is not mandatory but was lied to by staff stated that it was. I was charged for water bottles that I did not take. I was able to request that to be removed. I asked about the TF fee in which I was told it was mandatory for the hotel to charge this. I was told I was not given an amenity fee but was charged for the water bottles which I think is the TF fee. (over $100 additional fees ) I could have wish that the hotel would make these charges during the time of booking or include it in the booking price rather than add on these "fees" that come to find out are not regulated in Ontario and are really at the discretion of each establishment whether hotel, restaurant or store. This was annoying and quite a rip-off. The parking is $30 each day and I found out that other public parking lots are cheaper per day ($20-22).
