I will not be staying...
Pros: The building was surrounded by trees and flowers which made it really beautiful
Cons: There was pubic hair in our bathroom floor. There was black mould in the shower caulking. The room was freezing upon entry. The hotel lobby was freezing in the evening. The staff was mediocre compared to the price of the hotel. The hotel rate was far too high for what we actually got. The confirmed that they would accommodate my special request and they did not. The security on site was vaping huge clouds of smoke sitting on the only bench out front while my husband and I had to stand and did not offer up the seat to us. The pool area was a mess with empty cups and drink bottles after 8pm.

Fabulous
Pros: The staff is outstanding! Every staff member welcomed us with a big smile and helped us with every issue we had. Thank you guys! The outdoor hot tab is a magical place! Loved it!
Cons: The beds were to soft, so we had pretty bad neck and back pain. The hotel isn't equiped enough accessibility wise. There is elevator only on the new wing of the hotel, so you have to take tge stairs if you stay in the older wing. There are multiple doors throughout the hallways (I guess for fire security) and only one door was equiped with a handicap button to automatically open it. We traveled with our baby and it was hard to navigate with the stroller in the hotel.

Exceptional
Pros: Beds so comfortable. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool - perfect to sit out after a day of exploring this amazing town, wineries, walking paths etc. A rose on the pillow and the room tidied at the end of the day a very nice touch. We have already recommended the hotel to friends.
Cons: No complaints at all.

Great place to stay and...
Pros:
Cons: Access to the internet and cellular service was not very good at all. Could not access the internet even with their wi-fi much of the time and also missed a number of calls from my office because the calls either dropped of didn't go through at all.

Was ok, but not value...
Pros: Gardens were beautiful
Cons: Service was poor- need an outdoor sitting area- AWAY from the little pool and screaming babies, and noisy people
