Pros: Great location for wine touring both Niagara wineries and Bench wineries. Liv Restaurant is good. Staff are very friendly. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Bathrooms are dated. e.g. the facets are really stiff. I had to return my omelet as the chef made the order incorrect. They replaced the omelet and the omelet was fine. However I thought they should have offered to compensate,ie. take the omelet of our bill, as everyone else was eating while I waited.

Pros: While we didn't use any of the sporting facilities they were vast and impressive and both restaurants were excellent .
Cons: The property was billed as being in Niagara On The Lakes but it is actually on the main road and miles from what I would call the tourist and sightseeing venues.

Pros: The hotel is relatively new and has an excellent gym attached, as well as an indoor pool. The service received during our stay was uniformly excellent. There is a Starbucks, MacDonalds and a large outlet mall located across the street from the hotel. The room was modern and clean, as was the hotel in general. Our room also had a fridge hidden in a cabinet. We ate supper one night at Liv (One of the restaurants located in the hotel.). The food was quite good as was the service, but the prices reflected this quality. We biked to the Welland canal and on a bike path (which is quite nice) along the canal. The area in which the hotel is located is not, however, as conducive to cycling as other hotels located closer to downtown NOTL.
Cons: It is located near a busy highway about 10 km from the main street of NOTL.
