Pros: Great place to stay but à little pricey.
Cons: The main reasons we picked this hotel was the pool, which was closed for maintenance when we were going to go for a swim. With the pool closed,it was way over priced (like by $100!)

Pros: Clean rooms Friendly staff that cleaned the room
Cons: No refrigerator for our kids Small room Ice machines didn't work on 3 out of 5 floors. Front desk staff could use little more finesse.

Pros: Stayed in king suite, beds and pillows very comfortable. Also a very quiet room considering it was so close to guest elevators.
Cons: Took a ridiculous amount of time to check in. Hotel was fully booked. There were two front desk attendants working. I was standing in line and a female employee looked beyond me and checked in a woman waiting behind me. I was not impressed. There was also an American man who obviously did not plan his trip well. There were no rooms left, so the man had the other front desk attendant call around to all the other hotels, finally finding one in Sudbury, an hour away. The front desk attendant booked the room in Sudbury, and proceeded to print off directions, all while I was waiting. This is unacceptable when there are paying guests waiting. The front desk attendant should have asked the man to wait, as I waited an estimated 20 mins to check in. My husband, who was waiting in the car, actually came in out of concern because it took so long. I would have been okay with an apology - a simple, "my apologies for your wait,'' would have turned things around, but there was no acknowledgment of the wait time. Not even a smile. The front desk staff was also impersonal. No "Thank you, enjoy your stay", no smiles, no above and beyond service. This is what I look for when booking hotels, as my husband and I travel frequently for both business and leisure. Although we were happy with the room, we most likely will not stay here again because of the impersonal staff.
