Cons: My partner and I were harrassed repeatedly, saying that we were smoking weed in the room. We certainly were not. He happened to be the only black person in the hotel. Eventually we were told if the smell in the hallway didn't go away, we would be asked to leave. We decided to just leave because we knew they would continue to blame us and they'd kick us out in the middle of the night.

Pros: The bed was excellent. The WiFi was much appreciated. Great location for the GO Station which is why we were there.
Cons: Coming in the back entrance from the parking lot there was garbage in the entrance hall that was there for the two nights of our stay.
We were in room 127. The ceiling had been patched with paint and by the main light there was a large section with no paint. There was white adhesive glue on the floor and in the sink. The shower handle came right off in your hand.
Room doors slam shut really loudly.
Overall, the room was in need of a good renovation. Not the usual standard of a Best Western. It felt dumpy.
The breakfast the first morning was a joke. A long line up with no food. One staff member was trying to keep up but she clearly needed a lot of help. She disappeared. Second morning was much better.
