Pros: The concierge staff where very helpful and friendly, especially Steve . The cleaning staff where also very friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful and world class. But you pay for what you get. I enjoyed my experience overall .
Cons: The front desk day staff could be a little more friendly. They seemed a little rude , as if they where doing me a favor or something.
