This is a place to arrive hungry and expect to linger as the food courses keep coming and the variety is endless. Meals start with what is referred to as Appetizer Island—starters, salads and sides—and continue with the meats that are brought to the table. Expect eight cuts at lunch and at least 12 for dinner. Choices include beef and pork ribs, grilled pineapple, a wide range of beef and an amazing pork sausage. It is hard to save room for dessert. A vegetarian option is available.
