Pros: The room was very nice and well appointed, with plenty of amenities such as a desk (for me to do some late night work), a comfy chair (for my elderly father to relax in watching TV), and a large, well-stocked bathroom.
Cons: The staff at the desk were not always helpful or well-informed. We were told that the free breakfast began at 7:00 am, but when we descended to the breakfast locale at 6:50 am (to ensure that my elderly father could have a seat at a table), it was completely packed with other tourists who were told that 6:30 am was the breakfast start time and were going on the same train trip as we were. We were forced to skip breakfast altogether due to no seating and the risk of missing our expensive day trip. In other cases, we asked the staff about the location of sights in the smallish city or stores where we could buy food or forgotten items, and in all cases, the answers were not accurate. Perhaps the staff needs to be better trained in assisting foreign tourists.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, comfy beds, good exercise room.
Cons: We came down for breakfast and found a terrible selection left for us during breakfast hours. Cold eggs and cold sausages. Oatmeal was warm and good though.

Pros: Breakfast was always good. Pool was really nice
Cons: Bed was to hard and we wanted a 3rd floor room that we requested 3 months ahead of time. You should have enough parking spaces for every room that you have. We had to park in the back several times and got a ticket once. You took care of it but it was the principle that you don't have enough spaces for your guests
