Ontario Legislative Building is in Queen's Park, 1 blk. n. of jct. University Ave. and College St.; all visitors must check in at the Main Information Desk in the front lobby. The building has served as the meeting place of Ontario's Provincial Parliament for more than a century. Within the sandstone structure, erected 1886-92, is the Legislative Chamber, exhibits about Ontario's history and a collection of early 19th- and 20th-century Canadian art. Visitors are welcome to watch the parliamentary sessions from the public galleries inside the chambers and a variety of tours are offered.

Daily 9-5, Victoria Day-Labour Day (including holidays); Mon.-Fri. 9-6, Sat.-Sun. 9-5, rest of year. When in session, the house meets Mon.-Thurs. 10:30-6. Allow 1 hour minimum.
