AAA Editor Notes
Todmorden Mills Heritage Site, off Broadview Ave. at 67 Pottery Rd., was an important 19th-century millsite on the Don River. The five-building complex on 9 hectares (22 acres) consists of two restored pre-Confederation houses that reflect the 1890s and 1940s eras; the Brewery Gallery orientation building, in a former brewery; the Paper Mill Gallery and Theatre, offering visual and performing arts; and the Old Don Train Station. A wildflower preserve and scenic walkways also are on the grounds.

Picnicking is permitted.
