Pros: The complimentary breakfast that was given by the day manager in retrospect to the night managers poor professionalism, I will attempt to get a refund for that night worst service.
Cons: The night manager ruined my stay at the hotel spent a long time trying to defuse a situation that wasn't necessary, very aggressive individual, with no control of his emotions, also doesn't know how to communicate like a normal human being.

Pros: The location was great. 10 minute walk to the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium. Starbucks on the corner. Valet parking was great, call ahead and your call will be ready and waiting!
Cons: Not huge, but one girl working the front desk was no help. We wanted 2 bathrobes and she had no idea, had to ask another girl working. And when we asked about the road closures for a marathon, she asked a manager 2 times and still didn't give us an answer
