Pros: This hotel is very pet friendly. They always bring my dog a nice, big dog bed (they have her preferences on file, apparently- she likes a large bed, despite being a little dog) and food and water bowls. She is greeted by name upon arrival.

Great Staff, But Place Needs...
Pros:
Cons: Located in the middle of the nightclub district, be prepared for noise from the clubs and streets late into the night.
Also, the rooms are starting to show their age and are in need of a refresh in material and designs.

Pros: The staff tried to accommodate us after a couple of complaints but took too long
Cons: False advertising, street noise in the rooms, ventilation in the bathroom was poor. Not enough staff sometimes. Dirty lobby.

Pros: Hotel location was perfect. Close to the theatre, good restaurants and public transportation.
Cons: At time of booking,we upgraded to a Superior King. However, at time of check in, we were given a regular room with two queen beds. Due to early checkin we were able to get a king bed. The hotel staff were very good in correcting this error. However, as hotel was fully booked, this may not have been possible if we had checked in later.

Pros: My wife and I went to see some ball games and the location was perfect. Close to the Rogers centre, restaurants and shopping. Staff was unbelievable.

Great Downton modern hotel.
Pros: Loved the upgraded features and style. It was very quiet, and located in a great central area in downtown Toronto.
Cons: The room cleanliness wasn't up to par with the price tag. Some of the amenities that I thought would be standard, weren't.

Pros: You need to update your interact . My husband credit card didn't work and your machine isn't chip ready so now we miss out on our TD Points because we had to use my credit card which doesn't have the points

Gorgeous gem in the heart...
Pros: The staff were exceptional. Renaldo especially was so helpful and friendly. This is my new favorite hotel in Toronto. I've already recommended to my friends and we will definitely be coming back.
Cons: The wifi was terrible and only worked like 60% of the time :(

An awesome place to stay!!!!
Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. The location was perfect as we were there for a Jays game. Everything was within walking distance.
Cons: One thing we would request on our next stay is to be located on the other side of the building as the side we were on faced the, shall I say party side. There were several roof top bars and it was quite noisy till early morning hours. This is by no means a fault of the hotel.

Cons: The bathroom setup could be better. The shower and bedroom share a glass wall which makes it difficult, for example, to turn the light on in bathroom when your spouse is sleeping, even with the shutters closed on the window.
Lots of knicks and bumps on the furniture, but more importantly the pocket doors in the bathroom and the on the entrance to the toilet were hard to close.

Pros: Rooms are very well appointed, loved the make up area with magnifier mirror and hair dryer. Shower fantastic, design of both room and bathroom very appealing.
Bed extremely comfortable. Great location.
Cons: our only complaint was that after we forgot to turn of the do not disturb signal, we phoned to let them know (at 10 am) and asked if our room could be cleaned. When we returned at 4pm, the room was still not serviced.
